Registration fee, exam fee and monthly fee are non-refundable. In case a student cancels or misses a lesson or more, the students will be marked absent. However, if the class is cancelled due to the absence of the trainer, the institute will reschedule the class.

  If a student leaves the Academy or takes a break from the Academy, their registration will remain valid for 3 months from the date of last attendance. Thus, if the student rejoins within 3 months, he or she need not pay the admission fee again. However if the student rejoins after that period, a fee of INR 600 will be applicable in that case.

  All changes and queries related to extra lessons, time tables, payments, holidays, etc. have to be communicated at the Academy office only. Teachers will not help or discuss any matter related to these issues with the students.

  The schedule of holidays will be displayed on the Academy’s notice board from time to time.

  Total fees for short Term Courses have to be paid at the time of Registration.

  Working days of the Academy is as follows – 1st to 28th of every month.

  Re-admission fee is to be paid every year throughout the course of the session in which the student has enrolled.

  Annual Day will be celebrated every year where the students will get a golden opportunity to perform and display their talent in front of the spectators. This will help them to be confident and achieve their mastery in learning and exploring music.
